Usher Training

December 9 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Thank you for volunteering to usher at our upcoming concerts. A training session on the process of scanning tickets using the TicketLeap App on your phones will be held Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Grace Methodist Church located at 8 Carrera Street.  Parking is available in the lot across the street from the church.  Let the parking attendant know that you are attending a meeting at the church.
Before our meeting, please download the TicketLeap App below on your phone.  We will have ushers handing out programs and ushers scanning tickets.  This is a new process for us so our meeting should eliminate any confusion the day of our concerts and everyone should have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.
